Get latest file for a saved report
Return the most recently generated file for a saved report. Use this for scheduled reports whose files are already generated. Download from url. Rate limit: 1 call / 5 seconds per seat.

TAM API key generated in Teads Ad Manager (Settings → API Keys). Send the raw key. Do not prefix with Bearer.
